1. Our Services
TOOQ Advertising provides custom production and installation services including: architectural and frosted glass films, stickers and decals, product labels, vehicle branding and wraps, LED and smart glass solutions, industrial labels and signage. All work is produced to order according to agreed specifications.
2. Quotations & Orders
Prices are quoted per project based on specifications, materials, quantities and installation requirements. An order is confirmed only when you approve the written quotation and any required artwork proof. Confirmed prices are final — no hidden fees.
Because our products are custom-made, production begins only after your approval, and confirmed orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
3. Artwork & Approvals
You are responsible for the accuracy of artwork, text and specifications you approve. We review files before production and will flag technical issues, but final approval responsibility rests with you. Colors may vary slightly between screen proofs and printed output due to material and process differences.
4. Delivery & Installation
Delivery and installation schedules are agreed in the quotation. Timelines may be affected by material availability, site readiness or events beyond our control — we will always inform you of any change. For installation work, the site must be accessible and ready at the agreed time.
5. Warranty & Liability
Installed film and signage work carries the warranty period stated in your quotation against material and workmanship defects under normal use. Our liability is limited to the value of the confirmed order. We are not responsible for damage caused by third parties, misuse, or surface conditions not disclosed before installation.
6. Intellectual Property
You confirm you own or are licensed to use all artwork and brand assets you provide. Website content, designs used in our portfolio, and this site itself belong to TOOQ Advertising and may not be copied without permission.
7. Governing Law & Contact
